If you have no accommodation, your near and far points (at least theoretically) are at the same place. (Realistically, depth of focus / depth of field gives you a range.) There's a formula for the average amount of accommodation at a particular age, so we can guess where your near point should be, but it varies quite widely. Please explain why the transition isn't "smooth".
